Naveed Qureshi was profoundly inspired by Sadequain's mystical configuration of the Arabic alphabet. He has definitely given it a dimension of which Sadequain would have said:'Ufff, Navaid Sahib, Zabardast..Bhai mein to pareshan ho gaya!'
Sadequain used to pronounce Naveed's name as Nawaid---with an accent on a, in keeping with his 'traditionalist urdu accent' which only a few can mimic.
