In this wonderful masterpiece, Qureshi has captured everything abstract; concentration, gluttony,appetite, sweets, avarice, and even meditation. The figure in the center reflects a character who seems to sit like the fasting Buddha, totally disinterested in anything lascivious, yet he is the proprietor, the owner,the capitalist, for whom the workers do the labor and bring in money for him. What a depiction of human emotions for food and appetite. This work is another masterpiece which in times to come shall become a part of history. What a great work! Asarulislam
